Furnivita had the privilege of being entrusted by Livland Group to design their new office in Riga's prestigious and serene silent centre. Furnivita also supplied furniture, lighting, and bespoke modern solutions tailored to the project. The 320 m² apartment was meticulously renovated and transformed into a sleek, contemporary office space.
The client envisioned the entrance lobby as a space that would leave a lasting and powerful first impression on visitors. After extensive discussions exploring various design concepts, materials, and color palettes, the client chose a striking combination of features to achieve this goal. The centerpiece is a bespoke LED-lit counter made by Folio that adds a modern and dynamic touch to the space, perfectly complementing the overall aesthetic. Additionally, a custom-made wardrobe was designed to seamlessly blend functionality with elegance, ensuring the lobby is both visually appealing and practical.
The conference room and the boss’s cabinet feature premium furniture and lighting from renowned brands Cattelan Italia and Bonaldo, combining elegance with functionality. The Atrium table, paired with Camilla chairs, provides a stylish and comfortable setting for productive discussions. In the lounge area, the Pacific sofa and matching armchairs by Ditre Italia serve as the centerpiece, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The space is elevated by the Prezioso chandelier by Italamp, which casts a warm, ambient glow, creating a refined and inspiring atmosphere for both work and relaxation.
Actiu was selected as the exclusive furniture provider for the employee spaces, chosen for the exceptional quality and ergonomic design of their products. The sleek Arkitek tables, paired with the comfortable and supportive Cron chairs, create an environment that prioritizes both productivity and well-being. These thoughtfully designed workspaces ensure that employees can perform their daily tasks with ease and comfort, fostering efficiency and satisfaction.
